there are many types of food in our world. but tiramisu is most famous food in the world. mascara is available in Italian markets and some specialty stores. if unavailable, blend 2 packages softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream and 6 tablespoons sour cream. it’s a great Italian food. if we want to make this food! we should follow this pattern. be sure to use non- toxic flowers.
Ingredients to make Tiramisu:
1: 2/4 cup heavy or whipping cream chilled
2: 6 tablespoons suger, divided
3: 1 pound mascarpone cheese (about 2.1/4 cups)
4: 1/3 cup freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
5: 1/4 cup congnac or brandy
6: 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
7: 3 packages ( 3 ounces each) ladyfingers, split
8: 3 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, grarted
9 : 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
edible flowers, such as pansies, for garnish

how to prepare Tiramisu
step 1: prepare zabaglione. vover and refrigerate until well chilled. ( for garnish, sprinkle remaining 1/4 of greated chocolate around edge of dessert if desired
step2: beat cream with 2tablespoons suger in large bowl until soft peaks form. gently fold in mascarpone cheese, then zabaglione. ( if zabaglione has separated, beat until well mixed before folding into mascarpone.) refrigerate 3 hours or until well chilled.
step 3: combine espresso, cognac,remaining 2 tablespoons suger and vanilla extract.
step 4: layer 1/4 of ladyfingers in flower – petal design in 2 quart glass bowl with straight sides or trifle dish.
step 5: generously brush ladyfingers with espresso mixture. spoon 1/4 of cheese mixture over ladyfingers to within 3 inch of side of bowl sprinkle with 1/4 of grated chocolate.
step 6: repeat layers 3 more times using remaining ladyfingers, espresso mixture and grated chocolate. ( for garnish, sprinkle remaining 1/4 of greated chocolate around edge of dessert if desired.) now it is perfect for serve.
