Vegetable spring roll is a traditional chinese dish which is very famous in China.Every people of china eat Vegetable spring roll in morning.Spring rolls of different shapes, sizes and fillings have been a popular snack in centuries.Its main ingredient is vegetables. If the wrappers ready, then making spring rolls is not difficult.It is a snack type dish.Now a days this Chinese dish were very popular all over the world. It’s main reason is spicy taste of vegetable spring roll keeps our body fit and healthy.
The recipe which is given bellow is that of Chinese dish.
RECIPE NAME : VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL.
Prepared time: 40 minutes.
1. 4 cups of cabbage(shredded).
2. 1 piece of medium carrot(shredded).
3. 2/4 cup of capsicum(julienned).
4. 3 sprigs of spring onions(white and green seperated).
5. 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
6. 2 teaspoons of soya sauce.
7. 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
8. ½ teaspoon of pepper powder.
9. salt as needed.
10. 6 pieces ofspring roll wrappers
11. 1 cup of oil for deep frying
12. 1 cup of cooked noodles.
These ingredients are need to make Vegetable spring roll.
How to make Vegetable spring roll recipe:
1. First of all, heat oil in a frying pan and saute spring onion whites.
2. Now Add all the veggies except onion green.
3. Fry on a high flame until half crispy.
4. While it looking half crispy then Add soya sauce,vinegar and then mix it together.
5. Now Add onion greens,cooked noodles,pepper powder and salt as required and Mix it again.
6. Now switch off and Cool this completely.
7. Place a damp cloth over the frozen sheets for 6-8 minutes or follow the instructions mentioned on the pack.
8. Spread one wrapper and place a spoonful of stuffing.
9. Roll one edge towards inside covering the stuffing.
10. Bring the sides to the center. Dampen the left over edge and roll the wrapper to seal.
11. Keep them covered.
12. Heat oil until hot enough.
13. Now need to check drop a small piece of wrapper in the oil.
14. Add the rolls in hot oil and fry until golden.
15. When it look golden or brown then switch off and keep them on kitchen tissue.
16. Now Vegetable spring roll is ready to be served Serve with tomato ketchup or Sweet Tamarind Chutney.
It is a appetizer, So you can eat this just to remove your hunger
